Wellness is defined as dynamic process of change and growth. It is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, not just absence of disease or infirmity.
In my wellness program I take a client-centered approach, that listens and takes into account the needs and aspirations of my clients, supporting them in developing and maintaining healthy lifestyle habits and changes.
With my coaching program, we (client and coach) will collaborate to help you strategize how to overcome barriers, practice behavior change and design in-depth planning to achieve desired goals. The end purpose is for you (client) to accomplish these new patterns unassisted.
In this evolving industry of health, wellness and fitness, our actions and progress go way beyond a work out and eating well. It's about habits, behavior, education, socio-ecological surroundings, support and lifestyle patterns. With all my Health Coaching programs, I assist clients to develop achievable and measurable goals to monitor success and motivate ongoing behavioral change
These programs help clients recognize, develop and utilize their strengths to support successful changes. In all my programs clients will develop specific steps and receive guidance toward positive and improved behavior change.
Lastly, through each program the client will build strength to eliminate old habits and focus on new habits for a healthy and happy lifestyle.
